Fun at Tahoe and Sacramento
We had a great trip to Tahoe for International City Managers Meetings...of course I just enjoyed the trip with reading and being with Aunt Phyllis and Brent - who came up for the afternoon. The Lake was blue-glass clear with just a breath of air and with the snow on the mountains, it was a wonder to behold...breath taking beauty! It made one grateful to be alive and to be able to witness such a sight. (Pictures to follow when it will let me add them.)

Fun In Boston!
What a joy to be able to spend some time with our Grandson and his mommy and daddy.
What a cute, sweet little boy .... he looks like his daddy. It was so fun to see him roll over for the first time when he was only 10 days old and to watch as he rolled over many times more. He loves his mommy and his daddy is OK as well. All the F/B Family are now adjusting to one another....soon the household will be back to normal, that is as normal as a new member can make it. It was a special experience with a special family.

Another Little Missionary Has Arrived!

We are thrilled to have another grandson as a part of our family.
We feel so blessed that he has arrived safely and that he is healthy and strong. He looks like he will fit into the family just fine and Felicia and Brandon think so also. They are excited to have him.
We have his picture on our computer desk top and marvel at his perfectness.
Truly a gift from Heavenly Father. I am excited to meet him in person when I fly back to Harvard to visit this week. Right now his daddy is getting acquainted with him during spring break.
Our love to them. What a joyful little bundle.

Love the Coast!
We had a fun trip to Salishan (that's right, Salishan) at the coast just south of Lincoln City where M's parents used to live. Your father remembers going to that home when he was in the Army for weekends etc.
The view out our hotel window was of the bay and we loved seeing the water rise with the tide and then have it be mud when the tide was out. I took this picture from our room.
We love the ocean.... it is always ever changing! Here are a few pictures - it was cold and rainy.
And then there was the ride home....on the one lane logging road with the moss and the rain...fun time. It is always good to be home though.
